- Strategies for navigating common body image challenges, such as trying on clothes or taking photographs
- Learning how to tune into the emotions underlying body image distress
- Exploring what behaviors may be reinforcing negative body image
Upon registration, you will receive additional program details and log-in information
The KHF Guest Speaker Workshop is a group intended to be a collaborative space for participants to learn and discuss psychosocial skills, nutrition skills, and daily activities that may present a challenge in their eating disorder recovery. The guest speaker may bring a topic for discussion in his/her field of specialty or may use his/her own testimony of recovery, as a teaching tool and encouragement to participants.
The group is being offered at a discounted cost, and all proceeds will benefit eating disorder scholarships.
